There are two sets of Clear 30 missions in Mission 100 to unlock in Ultimate Battle. The first is a mission cheat, this one is used to unlock Mission100 in Ultimate Battle. This is a pretty simple one, but you will need to already be familiar with the game. You will as a player need to clear 30 missions successfully in the mission 100 stage, this is in order to unlock in Ultimate Battle.
