WordJong party is a word building game that increases your vocabulary. This is the right choice for those like to play with words and puzzle lovers. Though the game is pretty simple without much graphics and sound, it is a great fun party game. Scrabble-like tiles showing letters are arranged on a stack on boards. The player has to make words with the visible tiles. Each word the player makes earns him points. The longer the word you make the more is your point. Use of letters like Q, X, V also earns more point for the user. There is a quota to be reached in each level and when you reach that you have done with that level.

The game has three modes. The first is the single player mode called, Battle Quest, exposes you to different kind of opponents in turn-based WordJong competitions. This may be one to one battles or you may have to team up with a player to play two on two skirmishes. If you don’t find any word with the visible title you lose a turn.

Though a bit slow it gains attention among word lovers. The second is the Party Mode. Rather than a turn based spelling, it a free-for-all approach where each player as to make the words as quick as possible to meet the quota. If you are out of words, they are controls in the Wii remote to allow a new letters to cascade down. The third mode is daily puzzle mode that offers a new puzzle for the user daily.

The game has an overall rating of 7.3 out of 10. With different modes and the inclusion of the daily puzzle has made a game a decent one and it’s been widely accepted as a good entertainer.

Nintendo Wii Requires Extras for Games

Wii games box comes with a Wii, Wii game, the remote named wiimote and the secondary controller called as nunchuck. These are the equipments you get when you purchase a Wii set. The secondary controller is very important when you play games like boxing, wrestling, car race. If only one person is likely to use or play Wii games at a time, then the Wii set is more than enough. The important extra equipment that can be coupled with the Wii set is the steering wheel. The miniature steering wheel can be coupled with the Wii set to play games like car races, Mario, bike races and running and driving games.
