Nintendo Wii Game SPRay
SPRay is one of the many action adventure games that are available to play the Wii. You have your young hero who is responsible to save the world. A virtual hub world provides you a lot of areas where you need to do some platforming and puzzle solving. You may gain access to doors and areas which was restricted before after solving the puzzle. The presentation of the game is poor and its game play is uninspired. All these qualify the game as only a mediocre effort.
The plot of the game is that you have to save the infected world (your gaming arena) by spraying different liquid on the evil anti-matter that has caused the infection. The hero of the game is the Spirited Prince Ray who is endowed by the angels and has the ability of belching fluids to destroy the evil. The different helpful fluids that are available in the game are water, vomit, slime.
Water is to put off fire, vomit (a random fluid may be) is used to identify the hidden platforms and slime is used to make the hero sticky to climb huge walls. Thus only these 3 sprays are available and the tasks to complete are also repetitive. Though there are some minor tasks like drawing pictures on the door to open them, the game on a whole lacks the mileage for a long run.
It has a rating of 5 out of 10 and qualifies as a mediocre among the games of its cadre. Though the amateur gamers will like the game’s graphics and sounds, experts find the lack of camera control; wide screen display and the lack of new task make it a poor choice of game to play.
